What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. We offers replacements for damaged, defective, or undelivered items, but we are not able to offer exchanges for buyer’s remorse. If there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@thelanikaihut.com within 30 days from your delivery date.
Do you offer refunds?
No, however we offer replacements to customers that received the wrong item or a damaged item. If either of those apply, please contact us at support@thelanikaihut.com with photos of the wrong/damaged item, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. Our quality control team will get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution. Any issues with your order need to be reported within 30 days from your delivery date.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
No, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size will fit best, prior to purchase, please take a look at our sizing guide—we have a guide for every clothing item in our store that can be seen near the “Add to cart” button.
Order Delivery
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking link will be provided with all orders when they are shipped. You can find your tracking information in your order shipment confirmation email.
When will I receive my order?
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it will be shipped out. The shipping time depends on the shipping destination, but typical shipping times are:
- Within the United States: 3-7 business days
- International: 5-15 business days
What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
Shipments outside of the United States may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally. This will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Please start by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes you might have made in the delivery address.
- Get in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
For packages never marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier (lost in transit), we will ship you a replacement order. All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the original estimated delivery date.
For packages marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier, we are sorry, but we are a small local business and we can’t offer any refund or replacement. But email us at support@thelanikaihut.com with your order number as we might be able to offer a discount on a replacement product.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, send us an email at support@thelanikaihut.com.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the item you ordered arrived damaged. All of our orders go through a 3-step quality check before they are shipped out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at support@thelanikaihut.com within 30 days of the deliver date, with photos of the damaged product & packaging (if applicable), your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll pass the case to our quality control team to get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
I received the wrong product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the item you received was wrong. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@thelanikaihut.com within 30 days with photos of the product you received, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll pass the case to our quality control team to organize getting the correct product shipped to you as soon as possible.
Can I edit the shipping address or items after placing an order?
Unfortunately, after an order has been placed we are unable to edit or make changes to the address or items in the order.
What is the smell on my apparel?
You may notice a slight smell on the apparel you receive. The odor you smell is just temporary. Now that your product is out of the the shipping bag, the smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.
What is the residue on my apparel?
You may notice some residue on your apparel. Do not worry. The residue will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology using eco-friendly, water-based inks that might leave a slight residue after manufacturing.
